what a beautiful tree with buildings in the background. You've represented the crisp light of the autumn just right!

Hi Celeste,
you always so generous on your comment. It was cold; I was standing on my son front porch trying to bit the sunset. I dispatched of the background and foreground quickly to concentrate on the tree and leaves with heavier paint strokes a la' Emile A.Gruppe'

Mariano.. Solid drawing and perspective in this painting. Love the bridge !

Also, I am taken by the painting "Douglasville Culture Art Center" It has the look of a very loose and confident piece. It is also a well layed out, full canvas and with a great composition..
Congratulations, Mariano.. :~)

Mariano, another painting well done. All of your work is outstanding on all major elements. I will continue to study the charts you sent me and still work in Zorn's palette. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Joan,
Thank you very much for that and for visiting, It is nice to know somebody like your oils. I am grateful for that. Like Alex says when you paint you always prepare, prepare. The result are not always what you expect but sometimes ecced that . When you are self toght , i think the most difficult part is to critique yourself. A necessity as hard as it can be! Glad you liked Anders Zorne works and intend to study His palette. I learned a lot from him , hope you do the same. It is a pleasure to share my info with You.
