Sei straordinario, Mariano!

Mariano, this is wonderful. Who needs color when you can paint like this. It reminds me of the TCM black and white movies, classic and intriguing.

Hi Joan,
This is so nice of you, thank you very much.Did this for Robert Gamblin Torrit Gray contest. So you just use white, black and torrit gray. It makes you realize how important value are. But ...everibody needs colors.... I most certenly do. In a most elemental way, you can associate Hell with black and white and Paradise with color , if for a moment you immaggine just the opposite, you have gone too far and stepped into another world! Look what James Cameron did with the color blue!. Like Picasso blue period! Have a great day.

WOW! Looks like a photograph at first glance! Really a spectacular baseball, Mariano! That flash of light in the background really enhances the subject. Fantastic work! Jeanne

Hi Jeanne,
Thank you very much, the flash of light if you will i picked up after Daniel Edmonson DVD , He stress the importance of using an opaque color to create a variation band on the otherwiswe transparent background. I kind of like the idea that I apply for my torrit gray entry. I am delighted that my oil elicit such a great response from you!
