After a week of painting pears harmonies I tackled the baseball . It was nice to paint something that was not a pear , also the sphere is a symbol of perfection, a very attractive subject. I became very enthusiastic about the subject and I think it show on the finished piece. Mr. Hall DVD's instructions were pertinent and allow me to paint in a traditional realist manner of witch I would not have dreamed just a week ago.
